Parsing error in file "C\programfiles\hp\digital imaging\bin\hpqscloc\1033.xml" on HP printers

This message is because Microsoft XML services are having a problem.

Solution to fix it:
  1. Uninstall All-in-One software.
  2. Restart the computer
  3. Install "Windows installer 3.0"
  4. Download and install "MSXML"
  5. Reinstall All-in-One software

    Solved. Search for 1033.xml. I chose the one associated with HP. Copy and paste into hpqscloc. The next time I turned on the printer, no parsing error.
