Error 8000401a with MSN

Solution 1:
- Open Registry Editor
- Goto "HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\AppID\"
- search and delete "380689D0-AFAA-47E6-B80E-A33436FE3"

Solution 2:
- uninstall msn and download the new version
