Error 80072745 with Windows Live Messenger

Solution 1:
If you are connected to the Internet through a router, remove the connection to the router. Then, directly attach the network or modem cable to the computer. This will help determine whether the issue is related to a firewall setting on the router. Try to sign in to Messenger after you connect to the Internet. If you can connect to Messenger after bypassing your router, the issue may be related to router settings. Try resetting your router (Note: This may revert your settings back to factory default settings and may delete all your custom settings.). Please contact your router manufacturer's Help documentation or customer support channels to determine how to reset your router or enable port 1863 through the router firewall.

Solution 2:
If you are signing in from a corporate environment, contact the network administrator to determine whether port 1863 is being blocked inside the network.

Solution 3:
If you have Zone Alarm with IM Security installed on the computer, turn off IM Security for Messenger:
- Right-click the Zone Alarm icon in the notification area, and then open the Control Center.
-Click IM Security or click Security to open the IM Security settings window.
-Click the Main tab or the Status tab.
-Slide the Protection Level slider to Off to turn off IM Security.
Note: This procedure will change the IM Security settings for any instant messaging programs that are installed on the computer.
-Sign in to Messenger again to determine whether the issue is resolved.

Solution 4:
if you have the NOD32, just disable the personal firewall, antivirus and antispam protection.
Sign in to msn then enable it again.

Solution 5:
AVG Antivirus+firewall do this: open AVG then double click to Web Shield. Choose "Instant Messaging" and remove the pipe from MSN Protection.

Error code 100

Horde mail:
Sendmail returned error code 100. The function popen (http://de.php.net/popen) is probably disabled in php.ini - removing the popen from disabled_functions solved the problem.
Another solution: [root@blabla]# setenforce 0 for disabling SELinux.

HTTP error code 100:
The client SHOULD continue with its request. This interim response is used to inform the client that the initial part of the request has been received and has not yet been rejected by the server. The client SHOULD continue by sending the remainder of the request or, if the request has already been completed, ignore this response. The server MUST send a final response after the request has been completed.

Windows System:
System error code 100 means "Cannot create another system semaphore." This error code may also display as "ERROR_TOO_MANY_SEMAPHORES" or as the value 0x64.

Error 10-FC12-0570 on Toshiba satellite

This error message means that the recovery utility was not able to read the data from the disc correctly, or wasn't able to write it to the hard drive.
The problem could be with the disc, the CD/DVD drive or the hard drive.

Solution:

Try copying the second disc using another system. If it's impossible: order for a new disc. If you can copy it, try using the copy to do the restore.

Try using a third party disk checker to verify the problem, is or is not, with the hard drive.

The best way would be to load the Windonws Vista discs, format the pc and reinstall.
(Vista Recovery Boot Cd is available free by Microsoft). Download it burn the Image .iso and run that disc. That disc will not restore the OS: run diagnostics on the HDD; once disk check is completed and repaired, proceed with the Recovery disks that you have.
